After graduating from LBS he spend the last decade building market-leading consumer tech companies like StalkBuyLove, a D2C fast-fashion private label company with a unique tech-enabled supply-chain model. Later on he took over country operations for Westwing, European's leader in home & living Ecommerce. Because of his strong entrepreneurial commitment he was named in the Forbes 30under30 ranking for "Retail & Ecommerce" leaders in 2017. Tushar is full of thrive and energy to build up the new-age consumer holding and happy to get in touch with serial e-commerce entrepreneurs like him.

After pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Stanford University one of the world's leading research universities, she has led technology and analytics functions in e-commerce companies. Prior to Razor she was founding partner at Alfa, a digital transformation advisory and implementation company.
Here she leads the Technology & Process Automation Team by being a problem solver at heart.

Prior to Razor he was Venture Director at Rocket Internet for serveral years and TMT investment banker at UBS, the world's largest global wealth bank. During his studies at London School of Economics and Political Science he founded a contact management software venture.
He is leading the Due Diligence Team of Razor, making sure that this process is smooth, reliable and fast for our seller and us.

Prior to co-founding Razor he worked at McKinsey & Company as a consultant for several years while completing his PhD summa cum laude in physics. At Razor he is leading the Integrations & Operations Team by developing strategies and structured processes. Oliver is driven by effiency, effectiveness and great plans working out.
